In 2 decisions dated 21 August 2019, The Council of State rejected two appeals against:
- The decision to award EMYN the offshore wind farm off the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier
- The ministerial decree granting EMYN the authorization to operate the park
The appeals were initiated by the NENY association (“Non aux éoliennes en mer entre Noirmoutier et Yeu”) and the companies WPD Offshore GmbH and WPD Offshore France.
This is a very good victory for our project and the end of a battle started in 2014.
