Ocean Winds (OW) is the result of a joint venture announced in 2019 and controlled in equal parts by EDP Renováveis and ENGIE.
The new company, headquartered in Madrid, will act as the exclusive investment vehicle of both companies to capture offshore wind energy opportunities
worldwide.
